Just like titanium implants, zirconia implants also carry a small risk of fractures. The implant’s design and manufacturing process have a big impact on fracture rates — most companies don’t have clinical studies reporting on their fractures. However, the Patent™ implant system has studies confirming a fracture rate of below 1%.
